SSL Team Antigua & Barbuda won the only race of the day for Group 1. The Antiguan Rum Runners crossed the finish line well ahead (+3’13 ») of SSL Team Tahiti after a full controlled race. The Black Pearls from Tahiti made a very strong comeback after their last place yesterday. It was a hard-fought battle between SSL Team Bermuda « Privateers » and SSL Team Puerto Rico « Los Boricuas », who finally took the upper-hand. But SSL Team Bermuda announced they withdrew from the race.
